Sean Evans is the founder of Step Consulting in Toronto. Amongst his many credentials, he is a Certified Scaling Up International Coach, a Certified 3HAG Coach, a Certified Topgrading Coach, and holds an MBA from London Business School in the United Kingdom.
Sean helps companies get out of the weeds and drives them to focus more on building their businesses. Never afraid of asking the tough questions, he creates the space to easily navigate difficult conversations, an arena for alternative perspectives to reveal themselves, and a forum for unity and commitment.
